As you may know, Robusta and Arabica are the two most widely used coffee varieties for a cup that is perfect in both aroma and flavor, but not all coffee beans are of the same quality. Greenfields Coffee always gives customers detailed advice on our range, from standard to premium, so you can balance cost and profit.
1. Reaching out to the customer
For coffee shop customers, depending on the local customer base or the owner’s taste (bold, aromatic, milder, and so on), the GFC sales team recommends a suitable coffee blend ratio.
After a trial period, the coffee shop can gather feedback from its own customers and fine-tune the blend ratio to match the shop’s taste profile.
Greenfields Coffee then stores the shop’s taste profile in our system.
2. Storing the customer’s taste profile in the system
The GFC management system stores each shop’s details, such as name, address, phone number, loyalty points and coffee ratio, for use in all future orders.
Keeping this information in the system is key to knowing each shop’s coffee volume, ordering cycle and more, so we can plan regular customer care visits.
3. Producing to the saved taste profile
Once the sales team places an order for the shop, the GFC packing team simply follows the ratio saved in the system, so the coffee always matches each shop’s exact blend.
